Export Configuration from D7 Site.

Steps:

1. Add Secondary database to D8 settings.php
2. Making sure we can connect to it. Most likely it will be 2 local lando boxes
3. Run migrate-upgrade command. (FYI migration tools are already install on site)
4. Pushing up configuration.
