FE: preferences setting
add a preferences setting box on the profile page. this is where user can set their preferences for building, IsWhiteboard, IsWheelchair, Capacity (not with that wording obv).
On or around 9:00am on Tuesday the 4th of November, git.uwaterloo.ca will be restarted as part of a maintenance to resolve issues with the database schema. This may result in service interruption during the maintenance window.
