BE/FE: integrate fetching start times endpoint with frontend

can only do once arvind completes the BE endpoint ticket!

after we have the endpoint to fetch start times, and the calender UI screen, integrate the two together so that the endpoint is called in the Calendar.kt to populate the possible start times
