Error in derivative computation when evaluated at nozzle throat

Autodiff seems to not work properly when derivatives are evaluated exactly at the location of the throat. With the standard test case having area function A(x) = 1 + 2.2*(x-1.5)^2, the derivatives of density, velocity, and pressure evaluated at x=1.5 are identically zero.
